Why work with me?

Before launching Kelly Rohm Home Organizing, I spent more than 20 years in tech. Most recently, I was the go-to person at Dell for a $2B global program, connecting the people, systems and strategy needed to make it work. My role was to look past the obvious problem, identify what was really standing in the way, and build a practical path forward.I've brought those same skills into people's homes, and into managing my own father's estate, where I've navigated everything from hundreds of original paintings and valuable collections to furniture, books, studio contents and everyday belongings.I’m comfortable walking into situations where the answer isn't obvious. I research what I don't know, leverage the right specialists when needed, and personally manage every project, making intentional decisions about what deserves your time and money.You don't need to know how to solve the problem before you call me. That's my job.
